Delivery
- All orders are shipped via a third party courier on a standard pallet – 1200mm x 1000mm x 2.2m high
- All deliveries will arrive on a Heavy Goods Vehicle which is usually between 18-26t
- All deliveries will arrival on a Tail Lift Vehicle to allow for unloading without a Forklift
- All deliveries are kerbside meaning that items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified
- Customer must advise at the point of order if delivery on a 7.5t vehicle is required
- All orders are dispatched the next working day from when they are placed and are delivered on an Economy 2-3 day service
